We provide continuing education for our team both in house via web cast for the latest legislative developments to attendance at several nationally recognized industry educational seminars. All of our employees have successfully completed the course work for the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) Pension Administrator Series as well as the ASPPA Daily Valuation course. Several of our team members have received the QKA designation and are working toward the QPA designation. Benefits Administration Services takes a team approach to servicing our clients to ensure maximum availability to answer phone calls and provide timely solutions to everyday questions and problems. New clients come on board with a Conversion Team Specialist through their first plan compliance year end to facilitate a smooth transition from a previous provider or the additional educational time needed for clients with brand new plans. Following the conversion period each client has a specific Plan Leader assigned in addition to a Plan Distribution Specialist to help with plan distributions throughout the year. Other Team members are always available to answer questions for our clients as needed.
